The 5-State is an invitation only event, however we are always interested in new stallions nominating. If we haven't found you, we welcome you to contact us.
All 5-State nominated stallions are 100% owned in one of the following states: Nebraska, North Dakota Montana, South Dakota or Wyoming. Stallion nominations are due December 1st annually.
We ask everyone interested nominating to please fill out this form. We will place you on our list for consideration.

**in order to be eligible stallions must have paid nomination the year the placing horse was born OR be on a grandfathering clause, no stallion payments will be paid on "in utero" eligibility due to deceased stallions
